Cincinnati Pride 2026
Everything you need for the day, in one place. Read it the night before, then keep this open on your phone. If anything changes on the day, your captain will text the group.
Where to meet
We have two meet points: one for marchers at the parade staging area downtown, and one for table staff at the festival at Sawyer Point. Pick the one that matches your role for the morning.
Marchers — Parade Staging

Tabling instructions
The booth has one job: meet people, sign them up, and make them feel welcome. Here is how a shift runs.
- Greet first, ask second. A simple "Happy Pride, are you registered to vote in Ohio?" opens almost every conversation.
- Get the sign-up. Newsletter and volunteer sign-ups go on the clipboard or the QR code. Name, email, and ZIP are all we need.
- Make the founding-member pitch when it fits. If someone is fired up, point them to the founding-member tablet. No pressure, just the option.
- Hand out swag with intent. Stickers and fans go to anyone; save the limited items for people who sign up.
- Log issues, not arguments. If someone is hostile, disengage politely and let the shift lead know. We never debate at the booth.
- Hand off clean. At the end of your shift, brief the next lead on supply levels and how many sign-ups you collected.
